@diane: oh well, i had that version with the thin white line too, but i loved the way the picture flowed into the frame more

@cottonclouds: yeah you`re right, one reason is surely the bigger print sizes you can achive through the more shot technique, but the second, and more important, thing is the perspective you can`t get without a 8-10mm in that case (if its possible at all) and since i used the sony dsc f717 at that shot, and you can`t change the lenses on that one, i just had to use that technique
